Greg
L. Foltz is President and a principal in Las Colinas Realty &
Development Company, now doing business as COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL -
LAS COLINAS, Chief Financial Officer and a principal in RSF Land &
Cattle Company, LLC, Vice President and a principle in New Mexico
Ventures, Inc., and a member of Corner Ventures, LLC and Corrales
Ventures, LLC. Las Colinas Realty & Development Company has been a
developer, broker, property manager and leasing agent in New Mexico
since 1981. RSF Land & Cattle Company, LLC, New Mexico Ventures, Inc.,
Corner Ventures LLC and Corrales Ventures, LLC are real estate
partnerships with holdings in New Mexico, California, North Carolina,
and Texas. Mr. Foltz has
been involved with Las Colinas Realty & Development Company since its
inception in 1981.
Mr. Foltz has been
involved in the development of over one million (1,000,000) square feet
of retail, restaurant, office and self-storage in the Albuquerque area,
as well as involvement in master planning and zoning of over 8,000 acres
in New Mexico since 1979. In addition to development activities, Mr.
Foltz has been actively involved in the brokerage of vacant land,
investment properties and tenant representation since 1979 in Arizona,
California, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina and New Mexico. Current

Shopping Center – Albuquerque, NM (60 acre, 600,000 square foot

Supplies, The Mattress Firm, Best Buy Electronics, Sam’s Club,
International House of Pancakes, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Carl’s Jr.,
Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Chuck E. Cheese, Circuit City, Border’s.
Vacant land listings representing over $20 million of land value.

Has represented New
Plan Excel in New Mexico. New Plan Excel is a developer and owner
of grocery-anchored and power shopping centers throughout the United
States.

Represented Western
Warehouse in site selection and development of new stores. Western
Warehouse is a western apparel chain with stores in New Mexico,
Arizona, California, Colorado and Washington.

Worked with Paradigm
Company (Austin, TX) on the redevelopment of Old Albuquerque High
School into a mixed-use multi-family / retail / office / hotel
project near downtown Albuquerque.

Mr. Foltz is an active
member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP),
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Albuquerque Economic
Development (AED) and Commercial Association of Realtors – New Mexico (CARNM).
He is a past member of the Urban Land Institute. He has served on
numerous City of Albuquerque committees such as the Albuquerque /
Bernalillo County Comprehensive Plan, Development Process Manual
Steering Committee, Planning Ad Hoc Committee, Business Development
Caucus, Shared Vision and Zoning Reform Committee. Served on an
Environmental Planning Commission Task Force looking at Design Guideline
amendments to the City of Albuquerque Zoning Code. He is a past
president of the West Side Association and was the first chairman of the
West Side Council for the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce. He
also recently served on the Board of Directors of NAIOP (1999 & 2000)
and an advisory committee of Corrales Main Street. He is currently
serving his third consecutive term as chairman of the AMBR (Albuq.
Metro. Board of Realtors) / CARNM Legislative Committee.
Mr. Foltz received a
Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from the Robert O.
Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico in 1973. He
has been a member of the Lobo Club and a football and basketball season
ticket holder for over thirty years. He has been a licensed real estate
agent / broker in New Mexico since 1979 and was licensed in Colorado in
1977. He and his wife Whitney have four children Michelle, Leslie,
Lauren and Megan and are members of Albuquerque Country Club. They are
members of the Albuquerque Community Foundation, Future Fund and
supporters of the NM Symphony Orchestra. |
